Myrto joined the Firm in March 2026, bringing over 18 years of professional experience from PwC Cyprus, where she served as Director within the International Client Services business unit. She has advised international investment groups and private structures across multiple jurisdictions, acting as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and overseeing complex cross-border engagements. She also contributed to the establishment of PwC Cyprus’s Clients & Markets division, enhancing strategic client engagement and supporting sustainable growth initiatives. Myrto began her career in Audit and Assurance within the financial services sector where she gained experience in financial audit. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) and Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). She studied Mathematics at Imperial College London and then obtained a Master’s degree in Finance at Imperial College Business School.

Over the years, Stelios has worked with a diverse range of clients in both the private and public sectors, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. Stelios has also specialised in Business Transformation projects using technology and process optimization methodologies to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Stelios studied Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Elena joined the Firm in March 2024 with 19 years of professional experience. She commenced her career at an audit firm, where she obtained her qualification as a Certified Accountant. Six years later, she moved to another audit firm, DFK Demetriou & Trapezaris, where she stayed for another two years. After that she joined Abacus, where she became a Team Leader of the Corporate Administration department of her group. She has dealt with foreign client’s administration, accounting, taxes (personal and corporate), compliance etc. Elena is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). She studied Business and Public Administration at the University of Cyprus.

Christos joined the Firm in October 2024 and has over 13 years of experience as a tax professional and advisor. He previously worked at PwC Cyprus, K. Treppides & Co Ltd and Kiteserve Ltd as well as an in-house tax manager at a multinational oil and gas corporation. Christos has extensive experience in local and international tax (direct and indirect), DAC6 advisory and tax examinations. He has been actively involved, inter-alia, in corporate tax restructuring and tax planning for several international groups of companies as well as tax due diligence projects. He specialises in tax compliance work, particularly in identification and assessment of tax exposures and advising on tax optimisation solutions. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Christos studied Economics at the University of Cyprus.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022. She studied law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration at European University of Cyprus. In 2011 she called to the Cyprus Bar Association.
Chryso worked at a leading law firm in Cyprus as a Senior Associate at the litigation department. She dealt with high-profile international clients and banking institutions in various areas of law including corporate, banking, insolvency, and real estate. She handled legal proceedings before the District Court and Supreme Court of Cyprus. She is now responsible for corporate governance matters and supports family offices services.

Andreas Liassides

Andreas joined the Firm in 2021. He studied Accounting and Finance in Dublin Business School and obtained a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary, University of London.
Andreas completed his ACCA qualification at KPMG in audit and advisory, also worked as Client Relationship Manager for a Firm in Luxembourg before joining our Firm.
He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

She specialises in the settlement of trusts and in providing guidance in relation to trust management and trust structures. She further has extensive experience in company, corporate and intellectual property matters, ranging from company formations and administration, to transactional work including corporate restructurings, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures, pledge agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements, etc. Jeannine studied Law at University College London, achieved a further Law degree from Université Paul Cézanne (Aix-Marseille III), and was then called to the Cyprus Bar in 2013. She is also a holder of CySEC’s Advanced Certificate.

She studied Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, further obtained a Master’s degree in European Legal Studies from the University of Bristol and was then called to the Cyprus Bar in 2007.
