Experience & Activities

Nicholas joined the firm in 2025, having previously held roles within the Corporate and Commercial Departments of leading Cypriot law firms, including EY Law Cyprus. He also served as an in house Legal Advisor at the Bank of Cyprus. He has extensive experience in Corporate and Business Law Advisory, Corporate Administration, Contract Drafting and Analysis, and Financial, Banking, and Regulatory Services. Nicholas holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Reading and both an LPC and an MSc in Law, Business and Management (Distinction) from the University of Law, where he received the DLA Piper Prize for achieving the highest marks in the Corporate Business Law and Commercial Law examinations. Nicholas was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2020 after placing first nationwide in the Cyprus Bar Association Examinations. He is also certified in AML and CTF by the International Compliance Association (ICA).
