Achilleas with significant experience in the professional services sector. He previously served as a Director at Deloitte Middle East & Cyprus within the Strategy, Risk and Transactions Advisory department, specialising in the Financial Services Industry. He advised clients across the EMEA region on both local and cross-border engagements in the areas of Regulatory Strategy & Compliance, Financial Risk Management, Capital & Liquidity Planning and Financial Crisis Management. Within Deloitte, he frequently contributed to cross-border initiatives, working groups, and thought leadership activities. Achilleas began his professional career in Deloitte’s External Audit department, where he worked with international private clients, multinational groups and publicly listed corporations operating across a wide range of industries. Achilleas holds a BAEcon in Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
