Giannis joined the firm in 2025, bringing prior experience as Head of Finance and Operations of an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Family Office, where he was responsible for IFRS Financial Reporting, Regulatory Compliance (including AIFM reporting to CySEC), Fund oversight, banking negotiations, and portfolio performance monitoring across Cyprus and Luxembourg structures. He specialises in providing Family Office services and external CFO support, advising on group structuring, financial governance, cashflow planning, and strategic oversight of investment vehicles and operating entities. His background in audit during his time at KPMG Cyprus and Crowe and complex financial reporting experience (including consolidation and IFRS 9 modelling) enables him to deliver technically robust, decision-oriented financial leadership to private clients and investment structures. Giannis is an ACA and BFP qualified finance professional (ICAEW) and CySEC Advanced certified executive, with an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from University of Portsmouth in the UK
