Prior to joining the Firm in 2016, Jeannine worked at leading law firms in Cyprus where she dealt with high-profile international clients, from various industries. She specialises in the settlement of trusts and in providing guidance in relation to trust management and trust structures. She further has extensive experience in company, corporate and intellectual property matters, ranging from company formations and administration, to transactional work including corporate restructurings, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures, pledge agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements, etc. Jeannine studied Law at University College London, achieved a further Law degree from Université Paul Cézanne (Aix-Marseille III), and was then called to the Cyprus Bar in 2013. She is also a holder of CySEC’s Advanced Certificate.
