Experience & Activities

Prior to joining the Firm in 2024, Irma worked at for an international group of leading information technology companies, providing legal support to the group’s companies and at one of the leading law firms in Cyprus where she dealt with high-profile corporations with their legal and business matters. She has extensive experience in Cyprus Companies Law, capital alterations, commercial agreements, re-structuring and day-to-day legal matters and corporate management. Irma studied law at Democritus University of Thrace and was then called to the Cyprus Bar in 2014. She further obtained a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the European University of Cyprus.
