Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Andrea worked at the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. She has extensive experience in specialist legal advice for businesses and individuals in the fields of corporate and business law, including advising and representing clients in M&A transactions, re-organisations, setting up and regulating private companies, joint ventures and other forms of business and legal due diligence. She is experienced in providing legal services in other areas of major interest and concern to modern businesses and individuals such as general legal advice and support and contract drafting. She has a specialisation in Employment law and has advised high profile groups to expand and establish business and operations in Cyprus. Andrea studied Law at the University of Reading, obtained her LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science and was called to the Cyprus Bar in 2013.
