Experience & Activities

Prior to joining the Firm in 2016, Andrea worked at one of the leading law firms in Cyprus where she dealt with high-profile international clients. She has extensive experience in Cyprus Companies Law, corporate restructurings, capital alterations, joint ventures, and day-to-day legal matters and corporate management. Andrea studied law at Birmingham City University, obtained a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol and was then called to the Cyprus Bar in 2013. She is also a holder of CySEC’s Advanced Certificate and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
